Depending on your mobile carrier and plan, you may be charged for text messages you send and receive as part of the SMS program. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan and any applicable charges.
Mobile carriers, including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon and Sprint, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and network availability, which are outside of our control.

You may cancel your participation in the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message, at no charge beyond standard carrier rates. For project consultations and appointments, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellation terms for signed construction or remodeling contracts are set out in your individual project agreement, which governs in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website or services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
